Booking a lesson

1. Pick an open time in lessons and send the request.
2. I confirm it, and you get an email with your booking link.
3. Pay from that link within 24 hours (less if the lesson is sooner) to keep the time.
4. The same link lets you change the time or cancel. 24 hours or more ahead, that's free and anything paid comes back.

Your account

There's no password. Go to your account, type the email you booked, bought or joined with, and I'll email you a 6-digit code. Your lessons, orders, downloads, discounts and membership are all there.

Downloads

After you pay, you land on your order page with the download buttons, and I email you the link too. Each file can be downloaded up to 10 times. Closed the page? Sign in to your account and your orders are there.

Memberships

Members get the posts marked for members in the feed, plus whatever's listed with the plan. Join, change your card, see invoices or cancel from your account.

The mailing list

New music, shows and the occasional free download. After you sign up, confirm from the email I send. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.
