terms

The short version: be decent, pay for what you take, and don't pass my music off as yours. Using the site, booking, buying or joining means you're fine with what's below.

The music

The music, artwork and everything else here is mine unless it says otherwise. Streaming is free for your own listening. A download you buy is yours to keep and play, but not to resell, re-upload or share as files.

Lessons

• You pick a time and send a request. Once I confirm it, you get a link to pay, and you have 24 hours to pay (less if the lesson is sooner). If it isn't paid by then, the time opens up for someone else.
• From your booking link you can change or cancel. 24 hours or more before the lesson, that's free and anything you paid comes straight back.
• Closer than 24 hours, a change has to be OK'd by me, and whether a cancellation is refunded is up to me.
• If I have to cancel, you get everything back.

The shop

• Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any discount are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Downloads are ready on your order page right after you pay, and each one can be downloaded up to 10 times.
• Merch ships to the countries offered at checkout.

Memberships

• A membership renews every month or year until you cancel.
• Cancel any time from your account; it stays active until the end of the time you've paid for.
• What members get is listed with each plan.

Keep it kind and on topic. I can hide comments and block accounts that aren't. You're responsible for what you post.

I do my best to keep everything working, but the site is provided as it is, and I'm not liable for losses from using it beyond what you paid me. I may update these terms; the date above says when they last changed.
