refunds

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Stripe usually takes 5 to 10 days to show it on your statement.

Lessons

• Cancel 24 hours or more before: a full refund, automatically.
• Cancel closer than that: it's up to me, and I'll email you either way.
• If I cancel: always a full refund.

Downloads

Because they're yours the moment you pay, downloads aren't refundable. If a file is broken or isn't what was described, email me and I'll fix it or refund you.

Merch

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email me within 14 days of getting it, with a photo, and I'll replace it or refund you.

Memberships

Cancel any time and you won't be charged again; you keep access until the end of the time you've paid for. I don't refund part of a month or year, unless you were charged by mistake.

Support

Pay-what-you-want support is a gift and isn't refunded, unless you sent it by mistake. If you did, email me soon after.

Use the email in the Booking section. It's me who reads it, and I answer within a few days.
